We know that April 1 is just a day away, so could that leak of the Acer Hornet reach one day early? Assuming all the specifications paraded here are the real thing, that nettop could be one hot little number when it finally makes it to store shelves. Features include :-

• 1080p video playback by HDMI
• Intel Aton N230 processor
• 80GB hard drive
• 1GB RAM
• Windows Vista Home Basic

Those who decide to pick up the “Media Center” version will

enjoy the benefit of a Wiimote-like control that doubles up as a gaming peripheral in addition to a media controller. Assuming the Acer Hornet sticks to the $149 to $299 price range, we’re sold.
